Golden Standarts In Fue Operation

  • It should be performed in the hospital.
  • Operation room conditions should be provided.
  • Materials should be disposable.
  • All phases of the operation should be coordinated by a doctor.
  • FUE technique, which is superior than other hair transplantation methods, should be used.
  • Instead of punch biopsy instruments, FUE motor should be preferred.
  • Hairline should be decided by the doctor.
  • Care principles must be applied before the operation. (not using blood thinners for a specific period before the operation, not smoking and not drinking alcoholic beverages, wearing a garment with zippers etc.)
  • In the morning of the operation day, 4 guiding photographs of the hairline from different angles should be taken.

  • The patient should be sent from the hospital with a hat covering donor and recipient areas.
  • The patient should be informed about all necessary actions such as the drugs that will be used at home, how to use those drugs, the sleeping position, bathing methods, and these should be provided to the patient in writing.
  • After 48 hours, the scalp and hair should be checked and washed by the expert team for the first time. And the patients should be informed about how to wash their hair, and a medical shampoo that the patient should use permanently after this operation should be recommended.
  • Special drugs that will help the pores to stay open should be prescribed for use after the 18th day.
  • The status of the patient should be controlled after 60 days, and a treatment including retinoic acid and minoxidil should be recommended to the patient when required.
  • After the 75th day, clinical applications such as thermotherapy and hair mesotherapy should be applied to patients who need it.
  • The patients who have the chance should be invited to controls in 6th and 12th month.
  • A new treatment should not be planned before the 8th month for patients who require additional session if the operation is not applied in consecutive days.
  • This procedure should be applied by doctors who research a lot, who have a good command of the subject, who travel the world and follow developments.
  • Please note that hair transplant is an operation where malpractice can be seen widely. You should run away from places that promise a lot of things.
